Multidisciplinary clinic serving Meadowvale Community over a decade seeking enthusiastic and energetic Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join their team.
Candidate must be self driven and motivated to prioritize tasks with ability to balance professionalism and welcoming environment for patients and the team alike.
Strong analytical, time management, communication, interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills are an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medical Administrative experience: Experience an Asset
  • College or equivalent School Diploma or higher an asset

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week

  • Greet, direct, obtain and process patient information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls, paper and electronic mail and relaying messages.
  • Process all types of payments and paper, electronic and coordination claims and maintain billing processes & system
  • Perform all reception administrative, accounting and clerical duties including but not limited to charging, invoicing, billing, payment processing,reconciliation, scanning, paper and electronic data filing, sorting and distributing mail
