As our highly valued Medical Receptionist, you’ll use your skills and expertise to provide quality care to patients with a wide range of heart and cardiovascular conditions.
Based across our North of the River clinics, you are responsible and accountable for providing and achieving a high quality, accurate and efficient reception and administrative service to the practice and its patients.

Responsibilities

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Proven track record of effectively working both independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Access and the capacity to quickly adapt to medical software systems
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills, enabling efficient teamwork within an administrative support setting
  • Outstanding phone manner and adeptness in handling various patient inquiries, reflecting a high standard of professionalism and attentiveness.
  • Ability to travel to all of our clinics when required (driver’s licence/motor vehicle would be an advantage).
