EXPERIENCED RECEPTIONIST NEEDED AT OUR MEDICAL CENTRES

An opportunity exists for a reliable and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team
The successful candidate would thrive in a patient and customer care-based environment and would cope well with its complexity.

The role would include:

  • Booking and rescheduling patient appointments
  • Greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries
  • Billing, scanning and filing
  • End of day banking
  • General Administrative duties
  • Ensuring practice policies and procedures are correctly followed

Essential attributes for this role include:

  • Preferably 1 year experience as a medical receptionist
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing and medical terminology
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Enjoying working within a friendly focused team
  • Proficient computer skills (experience in the use of Pracsoft Software an advantage)
  • Punctual
  • Flexible
  • Reliable

Health Professionals & Support Services Award rates are payable.
Hours: 10-15 Hrs
