JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations in a medical office environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients and efficient administrative support. This role requires proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Accuro.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in any medical office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems such Accuro is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and front desk procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities
