Offering pertinent information: Directing callers to appropriate Health Center staff Taking messages when appropriate Schedules appointments, verifies registration information and patient demographics Collects patient co-pays or other payments Inspects reception room for neatness Requirements Education, Experience & Training: High School graduate or GED required; excellent Customer Service skills . A qualified candidate should preferably have at least two (2) years of work experience as a Receptionist in a health care service delivery setting. A qualified candidate should have a working knowledge of MicroSoft Word and Excel and a working knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR). Bilingual in Spanish is required.
