Top Health Doctors Birkdale is a new custom built GP and skin cancer clinic located at Birkdale Fair. We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail and with exceptional communication skills.

Duties;

  • Manage greeting, registration and departure of patients
  • Deliver quality service and assistance to the Doctors working in the centre.
  • Ensure that the facilities are clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensure accurate billing and receipting for patient services

Skills & experience;

  • A min of 1 year previous Medical Receptionist experience.
  • Computer literacy and ability (Best Practice)
  • Proven multitasking, problem solving and time management
  • Accurate data entry and communication skills
  • Can do attitude

Pay rate from $33 per hour casual - negotiable as per level of experience.
