Responsibilities Be the first welcoming voice patients hear when reaching out for mental health support Capture new client information accurately and efficiently with empathy and professionalism Coordinate closely with the intake team to ensure timely follow-up for new patients Make professional follow-up calls to therapists and urgent care facilities regarding referral packets Conduct outreach to medical practices to share patient availability and practice services Assist in executing targeted email campaigns and marketing communications Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations Requirements Prior experience in medical reception or healthcare administration (strongly preferred) HIPAA compliance knowledge and certification (required) Proficiency with phone systems (GoToConnect experience is a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional patient interactions Strong computer literacy for email and administrative systems Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Professional phone presence with exceptional customer service skills Availability to work Pacific Time hours to align with practice operations Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work-from-home arrangement Immediate hiring ZR_27872_JOB
