Dyvest Health Care Pty Ltd has 16 Medical Centres across NSW. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist, applicants with at least 1 year experience working in medical practice is an advantage and training is provided, to join our professional team at our Medical Centres located in the Greater Western, South-west, and Inner-west

Your role will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service,
  • Organizing appointments,
  • Creating and maintaining records
  • Performing other required reception duties and tasks in order to ensure a smooth and efficient practice operations that provides an exceptional standard of care to our patients.
  • Assisting Doctors with administration tasks

All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the practice’s policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrate a patient-focused approach in service.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Represent the practice in a confident and positive manner at all times.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task work.
