Description:
To support the partners, managers, and colleagues in the provision of primary care services for the patients of the practice. Handle patients request via access service points. Working within policies & protocols of organisations. To have a full understanding of the Anima triage system.
Support the triage HUB. Answer telephone promptly & professionally. Booking and re arranging appointments. Deakling with lab results.
Chaperone for doctors. Patient registrations. Work with colleagues to ensure reception area and reception notice boards are kept tidy and up to date. Liaise with team members of reception team, passing on appropriate messages before leaving the surgery.
Work with GP’s nurses during suregry times, dealing with requests/queries. Be flexible to ensure reception cover during holidays/sickness periods
