Molechex Skin Cancer & Melanoma Clinics are looking to add warm, friendly and professional staff to our team.
We have 3 clinics located on the southside of Brisbane; Coorparoo, Carindale and Annerley. Molechex is focused on providing exceptional care to our patients in a positive and supportive environment.
We are recruiting for casual administration staff, who are flexible, and able to work at all 3 clinics, on a casual basis as required. Hours of work are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm on Saturday’s, Thursday evenings 5.30pm to 9.30pm.

EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS:

• Previous experience in a fast paced medical clinic or similar, preferably a GP practice or skin clinic.
• A working knowledge of Medicare and DVA billing.
• Best Practice knowledge would be highly regarded.
• Experience with Hot Docs, is advantageous, but not essential.
• Making appointments and surgery bookings across multiple clinics.
• Patient education on treatments and procedures, and aftercare instructions.
• Completing and maintaining patient documentation.
• File and medical record transfer requests.
• General housekeeping.
• Open and closing procedures for a medical practice.

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist for our thriving skin cancer clinics.
Your main objective in this role will be to provide state of the art customer service to our wonderful patients and administration assistance to our team of professional doctors.
