Classic Way Family Practice is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our well-established and respected team in a central location. This is a Casual role to start. We are looking for 15 hrs a week over 2 days a week [Every Monday and Sunday]

About the Role :

As our new Medical Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the clinic—greeting patients, managing appointments, handling calls, and supporting the smooth running of the front desk. Experience in a similar role is mandatory, and a warm, professional manner is a must.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is :

• Professional in presentation and communication
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Naturally caring and empathetic toward patients of all ages
• Capable of multi-tasking and working efficiently in a busy environment
• Experienced in a medical reception or healthcare setting
• Familiar with Best Practice software or similar medical systems
