VACANCY: MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST | JUMEIRAH, DUBAI

Dermazone Laser & Cosmetic Center is hiring an experienced and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Jumeirah branch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or Patient Relations Executive
• Experience in a Dermatology, Aesthetic, or Medical Center is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems in a medical clinic is required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette
• Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
