As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience. Responsibilities Greet and check in/out patients in a professional, courteous manner Accurately collect patient demographic, insurance, and billing information Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and file insurance claims Schedule patient appointments and manage medical records Collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances; deliver contact lenses when applicable Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with opening and closing the clinic, ensuring readiness for daily operations Collaborate with physicians, management, and staff to support efficient clinic flow Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Flexibility to open early or stay late based on clinic needs.
