Evolve Physio Group is looking for an experienced receptionist to work in our modern and innovative multi-disciplinary clinic. Our clinic is close to public transport, and surrounded by some of Melbourne’s premier parklands, in the beautiful tree-lined St Kilda Rd precinct.
Evolve Physio clients are active and motivated people who are a pleasure to work with.
We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated receptionist with a great sense of customer service to join our team. Computer and literacy skills essential, and preferably have previously worked with Allied health or medical software. This is a casual position.

The role will include;

  • Front Desk duties – greeting patients on arrival, answering phone calls, managing the therapist’s diary, scanning, taking payments
  • Marketing duties both on & offline
  • Minor bookkeeping and managing of accounts
  • Managing patient communications via all forms of media

  • Willingness to learn, and a proactive nature that allows you to work unsupervised
