Key Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring all patients are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Act as Front of House, meeting and greeting patients on arrival or by phone or by email
  • Promptly replying to phone calls and emails
  • Maintain daily lists for clinics in advance.
  • Book all appointments from clinic phone calls, emails and for referred patients.
  • Ensuring documentation relating to the patient is available for clinics.
  • Liaise with patients regarding scheduling of all appointments including all consultation and procedures
  • Keep the reception areas clean and presentable
  • Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices for patient consultations and procedures.
  • Accounts Payable: Make payments to suppliers, scan and keep records of all office bills and receipts.
  • Daily reconciliation of accounts
  • Responsible for book keeping, office accounts and handling of payments.
  • Keep track and record of clinical and non clinical supplies.
  • Maintain stock levels and place product orders as needed
  • Assist in other tasks as needed
