JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. SKILLS

  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
  • Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or front desk clerk is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
