We are looking for a motivated team member with impeccable customer service skills and exceptional multi-tasking abilities for our medical practice. The applicant must be an independent thinker who gets joy from serving others (OB/GYN experience preferred).
Position: Medical Receptionist - FULL-TIME POSITION working between two offices.

SKILLS:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills accompanied by a desire to implement them is a MUST.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Computer experience in a medical office is a plus.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    High school degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a smile!
  • Greet and welcome patients as soon as they walk through the door.
  • Direct patients to the appropriate person and office.
  • Create a warm first impression!
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
