JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgery and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Administrative experience is highly desirable, demonstrating proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health record systems is an advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.
