OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional service to our patients. This position is ideal for a person with an understanding of medical terminology, experience with Quickbooks, and has Excellent phone skills. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a medical or dental office setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication with both patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; experience with QuickBooks and Jane App is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and providers.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to providing outstanding patient care are essential traits for success in this role.
