POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Receptionist at GP UltraHub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour
  • Managing patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting with patient registrations, insurance verification, and payment processing
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area
  • Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals and staff as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
