Hanbury Family Practice is seeking a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team in Mayfield, NSW. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility and work-life balance. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our busy medical practice.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Scheduling appointments, managing patient records and coordinating bookings
  • Handling telephone enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required
