JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, particularly within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using office software and EMIS Web is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour in a busy environment.
