An exciting opportunity has opened for a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join the Bayside region reception team, this will include various clinics such as Hampton, Mentone, Bentleigh East, Clayton, Glen Waverley and Mount Waverley. This will be a 3 Day Part-Time Fixed Term 12-month Position and working Monday, Tuesday and Friday with shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm About Us: I-MED Radiology Network's team of over 4,000 people are all connected by the vision -to help save lives and reduce uncertainty. What will you be doing? * Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. * Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. * Handle patient enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided. * Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks. * Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations. Our Ideal Candidate * Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential) * Customer service/Administration Experience * Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
