Our Port Macquarie Base Hospital clinic is currently seeking a full-time medical receptionist to work Monday to Friday (76 hour fortnights), and available to work rotating weekends and public holidays. With over 250 clinics and 4000 staff, I-MED Radiology is Australia’s largest Radiology Network. Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. * Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. * Working autonomously in our Base Hospital clinic. * Rotating weekends and public holidays shared with other casual staff. * Reporting directly to the Office Manager. Experience in Medical Reception isn’t required, you will receive supportive training to learn our systems and build a foundation of radiology knowledge.
