Description

The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, between 7am-10pmacross our four clinics in Canberra: Belconnen, Deakin, Woden, and Tuggeranong. Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. * Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. * Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans. * Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. * Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers. You will also have the opportunity to be trained as a contact centre agent to assist as required: * Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. * Booking appointments across our four Canberra clinics.
