The role is a full time working Monday to Friday, between 8am-5pm, and a rotational Saturday shift from 8:45am to 12pm. Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. * Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. * Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans. * Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. * Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
