Medical Receptionist – Weekend Role Horizon Radiology | Otara Horizon Radiology is looking for a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist to join our Otara team on a permanent weekend basis, working every Saturday and Sunday (8 hours per day). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent weekend schedule, with the opportunity to pick up additional weekday shifts when available to cover annual or sick leave. About the Role As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional experience in a busy radiology environment. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and checking in patients Managing appointment bookings and enquiries Handling patient records and data entry Processing payments and referrals Supporting the wider clinical and administration team What We’re Looking For Previous experience in medical reception, healthcare, or a customer-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and administration skills Confidence using computer systems and booking software Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to cover weekday shifts when required (desirable only!)
