We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across Hampton, Mentone, Moorabbin, Clayton, Glen Waverley and Waverley Private.
This will be a Full time position with working shifts between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
