Our clinic in Burnie (North West Regional Hospital) is currently seeking a Senior Medical Receptionist to join the team. The role is a permanent Full-time time position working Monday – Friday 7:30am – 8:00pm.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures ensuring that a patients first experience of I-MED is one they will positively remember.
• Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.
