About this role
Our clinic in Narellan is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team.
The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with rotating eight-hour shifts between 7:45am-5:15pm.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
• Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA.
• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems in a fast-paced work environment.
✅ Ability to rotate shifts at our Gregory Hills clinic as required.
Prior experience in medical reception is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training in radiology and our systems will be provided.
