We’re looking for a customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team in our Menai clinic. This is a permanent full-time position offering shifts from Monday to Friday between 7:45AM - 5:15PM, as well as Saturday 8AM-12:00PM
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.

• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Greeting patients and visitors at reception.
• Scheduling appointments across a range of modalities (e.g. X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound)
• Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers
