We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Traralgon clinics. To support the Gippsland community, our clinic operates from 6:15am to 9:30pm, Monday to Friday. This opportunity is full-time, with shifts of 7.6 hours, scheduled within the clinic’s operating hours.

• Greeting patients and providing high quality reception services
• Scheduling appointments for patients (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
• Performing general administrative tasks
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and doctors
