About this role
Our clinics in Coffs Harbour are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.
The role is a part time position across our Coffs Harbour and Specialist medical Centre clinics, Monday to Friday, between 7am-9pm.
The role is three days per week, with Friday being required, and the other two days of the week negotiable.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
• Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
