We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work in our Echuca clinic. This role is a full time, permanent position with flexibility working Monday to Friday shifts between 7.45am-5.30pm with varied shifts.

• Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
• Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
• Providing excellent customer service and patient care
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
