Insight is currently seeking Medical Receptionists to join our team in the following roles, with multiple permanent, full-time vacancies available: * Float (Coverage across all clinics in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Shift times and location are determined on the morning of each shift. A monthly vehicle allowance is provided.) * Southside Rotating (Coverage across Millwoods, Harvest Pointe, Lendrum, Leduc, Heritage, and Windermere clinics. Shift times and location are determined ahead of time. A vehicle allowance is not provided.) Insight offers: * Paid Vacation, Sick Days, and Flex Days * RRSP Matching * Educational Allowance * Employer Paid Benefits * Healthcare Spending Account Duties and Responsibilities: * Greeting and checking in of all patients * Documentation of patient information on computer * Ensures all previous examinations are imported * Porter and change patients in preparation for exams * Handle all incoming report and image requests * Requesting previous exams from outside facilities * Looking up and importing previous studies prior to arrival of scheduled patients * Must maintain the utmost in professional confidence of patient information and/or results * Provide patients with exam preparations Note: the above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the incumbent of this job; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and activities required of this position.
