Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the reception diary to maximize efficiency.
  • Processing patient registrations and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Answering telephone inquiries, transferring calls, and taking messages professionally.
  • Preparing and organizing consulting rooms for medical practitioners.
  • Assisting with billing, Medicare claims, and financial administration tasks.
  • Providing general administrative support to the practice.
