THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Medical Receptionists to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for candidates who are flexible, committed, and willing to work across multiple clinic locations. A strong team player with a passion for customer service will thrive in this role.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and attention to detail to the role. Ideally, you will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service (medical reception experience is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided)
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Solid computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software systems
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional front desk service including greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling phone and email enquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, patient recalls and reminders
  • Screen and triage patients as appropriate
  • Support doctors with daily administrative needs including sending information, result follow-ups, and liaising with other healthcare providers
  • Maintain practice cleanliness and organisation
  • Process patient payments via TYRO and HICAPS, batch Medicare claims, and complete daily banking reconciliation
  • Ensure infection control and cold chain protocols are followed in line with company procedures
  • Open and/or close the clinic as required (shifts range between 7:30am – 5:30pm)
