Kids Therapy Hub is a privately owned and run paediatric clinic offering allied health services to the local community and throughout Sydney. We incorporate Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Therapy and Psychology services within a friendly and collaborative environment. Our purpose built clinic is based in Gledswood Hills.
We aim to help young people improve and reach their goals. Our multidisciplinary team provide support to children and youth aged 1-18 years with varying needs.
We work hard to help support children and their families, but we also enjoy a few laughs along the way. We focus on having a great team culture with plenty of activities like team building events, social events, monthly lunches, clinic celebrations, group training and a workplace that is inclusive and caring.

This role will involve working with a team managing day to day activities, front of house duties, phone and emails, extensive diary management and admin duties.

The role would require the following of you:

  • Complex diary management with multiple therapists
  • Answering and making calls
  • Extensive communication with clients
  • Scanning, copying and maintaining client files
  • Monitor office supplies
  • Ordering
  • Invoicing clients
  • Following up on outstanding invoices
  • Collection of client information
  • Supporting therapists with general duties
  • Checking and maintaining emails
  • Assistance with keeping office and therapy rooms in order
  • General duties
  • NDIS / Medicare experience a bonus

The successful applicant must be available to work afternoons and have a high level of attention to detail, advanced diary management experience, focus on customer care, work well within a Team environment and have excellent communication skills.
