Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations
  • Answer incoming calls and handle patient queries with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information when required
  • Support patients with payment processes and administrative needs
  • Process prescription requests accurately and efficiently
  • Open, sort, and distribute post
  • Scan and upload medical letters to patient records
  • Carry out general office duties such as filing, data entry, and stock management
  • Work as part of a supportive team, assisting colleagues where needed
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient care
  • Protect patient confidentiality at all times
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
