  • Previous experience in a Medical Center or Clinic is required
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Arabic speaking is an additional advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle patient inquiries, appointments, calls, and reception duties
  • UAE healthcare experience is preferred
