Very busy medical centre in Maroubra Junction seeks a reliable multitasker to join our team. We are currently looking for a full time and part time position.
Medical Admin experience and knowledge of Best Practice software would be an advantage. Computer and data entry skills are a must. Role includes appointment book management, answering phones and taking messages, faxing, emailing, scanning, waiting room management, processing doctors requests and working solo and as a team.
This is a privately owned practice attached to a shopping centre so plenty of parking and options for lunch. Huge staff room with tea, coffee and biscuits. Very friendly working environment.
