SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our massage team in Edmonton. In this role, you will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring smooth operations at our clinic. Your contributions will help us fulfill our mission of enhancing client well-being through exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.
  • Proficient in EHR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Experience with insurance verification processes is a plus.

    Pay: $18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
