Responsibilities:

The Medical Receptionist is the first person a patient comes in contact with when scheduling or arriving to their appointment. This role is critical in the positive and smooth patient experience. The “PSA” is responsible for all front desk operations under the direction of practice management, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet patients in a courteous and friendly manner, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Scheduling patients
  • Answering phones and triaging patient phone calls for severity/importance
  • Scanning medical records
  • Collection of insurance information and verification or benefits
  • Charge entry and payment posting

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a Medical Office is preferred but not required

Min: USD $17.83/Hr. Max: USD $26.75/Hr. Benefits:
