Are you an experienced and reliable Medical Receptionist looking for a flexible and dynamic role? We are seeking a motivated Casual or Part Time Medical Receptionist to join our team and provide support across our network of medical clinics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist (essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Reliable transport and flexibility to travel between sites
• A team player with a can-do attitude

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for someone who is available Monday to Friday and can confidently cover sick leave and holiday leave as required. This is a position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to travel to other clinic sites when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Front desk reception duties, including patient check-ins and appointment bookings
• Answering phones and managing enquiries
• Processing payments and Medicare claims
• Assisting clinical staff with admin needs
• Ensuring a smooth patient experience
