POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a confident and organised Multilingual Medical Receptionist to work 1–2 days per week. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the medical or aesthetics field who can handle reception, admin, and support duties while also confidently engaging with clients and upselling treatments.

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Book appointments, respond to enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp)
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Assist the doctor during consultations and procedures when needed
• Upsell treatments and skincare products appropriately
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Keep the reception area professional and welcoming
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
