  • Previous experience with medical practice software, such as Best Practice will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at our Caloundra Cancer Centre on a casual basis.
We are looking for availability for a few days a week approximately 32 hours per fortnight, with support for covering sick leave or annual leave.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, you will be responsible for:

  • Warmly greeting and assisting patients
  • Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
  • Accurate data entry of patient information
  • Processing payments
  • Managing phone and email queries
  • Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
  • General administration duties as required
