WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proficient in using medical practice management software - Genie experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work 3 or 4 days per week (Wednesday and/or Thursday and Weekends off)
  • Must have Australian work rights - Please note: this position is not suitable for students

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team at NSW Cardiology in Darlinghurst, NSW. This is a full-time position working 3 or 4 days per week. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of our medical practice.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Handling patient enquiries and booking procedures
  • Assisting with patient registration and managing medical records
  • Processing billing and payments
  • Processing Medicare billing, DVA and private payments
  • Providing general administrative support to the practice
