1 opening for an office secretary for a Pediatric office in Hillsborough. Part time/Per diem. Adding staff due to growth. This is small, friendly, busy work place. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude who can work well with a team. One year of Pediatric experience is required . Responsibilities

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule appointments for new and established patients.
  • Perform insurance eligibility checks prior to appointments.
  • Handle receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records accurate.
  • Update and file medical records and insurance reports.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, emails, faxes and forms.
  • Maintain an inventory of office supply necessary.
