This position supports front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient flow in a busy medical office. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and check in patients; manage front desk operations * Schedule appointments and coordinate complex calendars * Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records * Manage patient flow and support providers and clinical staff * Handle medical records and sensitive patient information * Provide administrative support as needed Schedule Requirement: Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month. ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required * Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred * Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems a plus * Strong communication and customer service skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Reliable transportation required ---------------------------------------- Spectrum Vision Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
