We are a well located family practice in the Padstow area, looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a job-share casual role which offers flexibility, a supportive training environment and the opportunity to work with health professionals across multiple disciplines. If you are a strong communicator, quick learner, who is adaptable with a proven track record in customer care we would love to hear from you.
The centre is open Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, and Fridays 8am to 12pm.
The role includes supporting our General Practitioner, Nutritionist, and Physiotherapist.
We would love to chat with you if you have experience with
· HICAPS machine
· Booking software such as Best Practice, Halaxy
· Microsoft Office (word and excel)
· Strong communication skills
· Exceptional customer service skills in a multitasking environment
· Ability to work independently
· Understanding of Medicare, NDIS, and Private Health Insurance
